Information we collect

Information you give us. Your email address when you join our email list; your name and contact details if you email us or buy from us at a market or event.
Order information. When you order online we collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, what you ordered and, if you choose shipping, your shipping address, to fulfill your order and email you about it. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe, which collects your card and billing address; we never see or store full payment card numbers.
Automatically collected. Basic technical data such as your browser type and general location may be collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability. Our site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

To send you product news, updates, and offers you asked for.
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To process and fulfill any orders you place.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.

Email and your choices

We send email through Brevo, which processes your address on our behalf. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also email us to be removed.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our email platform (Brevo), website and order hosting (Google Cloud), our payment processor (Stripe), and the U.S. Postal Service for orders we ship — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email hello@rootswithradiance.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
